West Ham United are preparing an opening bid for Jørgen Strand Larsen.
The Wolves striker is valued at around £40m.

Manager Nuno Espírito Santo wants attacking reinforcements as West Ham battle relegation.
The club sit 18th and see a new striker as essential to survival.

Wolverhampton Wanderers are reluctant sellers despite Strand Larsen scoring only three league goals this season.
He impressed last year after joining from Celta Vigo, netting 14 times.

West Ham are expected to loan Niclas Füllkrug to AC Milan.
Their current forward options are limited to Callum Wilson, with Jarrod Bowen used out of position.

Nuno has also explored moves for Ellis Simms, Haji Wright and Rafiu Durosinmi.
He prefers players with experience of English football.

West Ham failed to land Nathan Aké on loan from Manchester City.
They remain in talks to sign Adama Traoré from Fulham.
