Paris Saint-Germain returned to the top of Ligue 1 after thrashing Marseille 5-0 at the Parc des Princes. Ousmane Dembélé scored twice in the first half to set the tone, before an own goal from Facundo Medina and strikes by substitutes Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Lee Kang-in completed a dominant win. Luis Enrique’s side have now won seven straight league games and sit two points clear of Lens.

In Germany, Bayern Munich restored their six-point Bundesliga lead by beating Hoffenheim 5-1. Luis Díaz scored a hat-trick and won two penalties, both converted by Harry Kane, who moved to 24 league goals. Kane said calm was vital after recent dropped points as Bayern enter the decisive phase of the season.

In Serie A, Inter extended their lead to eight points with a 5-0 win at Sassuolo. Federico Dimarco provided three assists, while Lautaro Martínez also scored as Inter dominated. Sassuolo finished with 10 men after Nemanja Matic was sent off.

At the Allianz Stadium, Juventus fought back from 2-0 down to draw with Lazio. Goals from Pedro and Gustav Isaksen put Lazio ahead, before Weston McKennie pulled one back and Pierre Kalulu equalised late to rescue a point for the hosts.
